NWT CARIBBEAN QUEEN ROYAL BLUE ZIPPER DRESS

Never worn! In excellent condition. I purchased for an event a couple years ago at a boutique store in the Beverly Hills mall. I found something else to wear. Now, it doesn’t fit me. Mannequin measurements 34” bust, 26” waist, 35 3/4” hips. Material stretches. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Approximate measurements laying flat: Waist: 13" Shoulder to shoulder: 11.5" Armpit to armpit: 15.5" Length of skirt measuring from back top of zipper: 43"
