NIB Vivienne Hu Patent Leather Thigh High Boot

This pair of boots is so fabulous and I wish they fit me! They have patent leather uppers with a pocket and buckle strap detail. They are a European 38 or around a US 8 Heel height - 2 1/4" Shaft length - 24"
