Misa Strapless Blue Shimmer Dress XS

New With Tags Size XS (very small bodice) This gorgeous blue dress my Misa Los Angeles has a vibrant floral pattern with silver threads woven in. The midi dress is strapless. It is ruched all of the way down & gathered in the front where it ties. Under the bodice it has cascading ruffles. The fabric is 100% polyester. *This xs dress was too small for my size small dress form so it is not zipped up all of the way in the back. The zipper does work, as seen in the last picture. Measurements laying flat: No Stretch Length 43 1/4” Bust at very top of dress 12 1/4” Waist 15” Hips 17.5”
