Kivari Leopard Print Deep V Neck High Low Ruffle Flutter Sleeve Dress Small. Such a pretty light mint green background to the leopard print made of cool textured viscose (sorry fabric tag removed). The long side ties cinch waist for perfect fit - can be tied on sides or brought in front like sash belt look. See last pic for ONLY flaw of underside seam on sleeve.
