“Just Curious” by Droguett Royal Cornwall Ltd Edition Kitten’s World Plate

The first in a set of a six plates in a limited edition series entitled, “Kitten’s World” from 1979 by Royal Cornwall, Ltd. From the 1970s, this vintage porcelain plate is in excellent condition. My personal favorite plate in the six plate series, “Just Curious” shows a tiny furball kitten peering into a glass filled with water that has a goldfish nervously swimming in it. Hyper realistic, you can see all the kitten’s whiskers and the worried look on the gold fish’s face. The kitten looks slightly guilty but mostly just curious about what this little creature could be. The image appears almost gothic against the black background. The edge of the plate is rimmed in silver. This plate is number 5874 of 27,500 created.
