Judith March strapless dress

Darling strapless dress in a green and white almost seersucker type fabric. Large dramatic bow at the waist and a pho wrap looking strapless top. Boning at the sides and his back zipper. This dress has pockets! One small flaw in material as shown but hardly noticeable when worn. The size tag is removed so please see measurements. I wear a 4/6 and cannot fully zip up the dress
