Joe Benbasset Black Skirt With Ring Detail at belt. Midi skater skirt. Draped skirt. Elastic waist. Raw hem (with some loose threads- see photo). Flowy. Balletcore Size 22-24 / Plus Size Approximately 20" waist (unstretched) 22" length 90% polyester 10% spandex White mark on back. See photo. I washed this & couldn't get it out.
