Isabel Garreton dress, size 6x girls

Item is a light navy and white striped chiffon dress from Isabel Garreton brand. The dress has an under layer of white cotton. The over the shoulder straps are adjustable to fit your child specifically, the right shoulder straps tie where you want them. Size 6x girls. Excellent used condition. Length from where top of shoulder straps guesstimated to be to hem is 27", length from top of bodice to hem is 24". please note the detail pictures of the dress design, the swirled flowers have a frayed edge. This is part of the design as it is universal throughout the dress. I see no obvious staining or flaws. Item is from a non-smoking, parakeet (caged) friendly home.
