Happy St Patrick's Day! Vintage 1960's Vera Mont Paris Velvet Green Party Dress

1960's velvet & embroidery Vera Mont Paris party dress! Just in time for St Patrick's day! This dress was my mom's from the 60's. It was worn quite a bit as evidenced by the slight discoloration under the arm area. This is not noticeable when wearing this amazing vintage garment. They don't make them like this anymore. Full lined, beautifully made with lots of nice details. There is no size tag but I'm placing this at a 4 or 6 based on the measurements. Measurements: Put to pit: 17 Under bust at bodice:15.5 Length: 34 (there's a good 3 inches that the hem could come down as well. See in the last photo.
