Emperia Clutch Vegan with Ruffle Trim

New with tags Emperia clutch is made from PETA -Approved vegan "leather". Tag states the color is powder blue but it looks like a blueish gray. Ruffle trim around the flap and black/white striped fabric interior. Approximately 11" x 6 1/2".
