Top has thin adjustable straps, pretty accented neckline and silky design that decorates neckline almost down to middle which makes top stand out and almost all cotton. Elastic toward bottom which provides lot one of extra stretch if needed and upper part of top blouses over the elastic part. Hemline is silky and frayed design. Approximately pit to hem 17.5”
