Disney World Parks Mickey Mouse Ears Merlin Fantasia Blue Magician Hat Youth

This is a Disney World Parks Mickey Mouse Magician Hat from Merlin Fantasia. It’s about 14” tall and seems to be that the Mickey is an embroidered patch. It is a youth size, but would fit a small adult head too. It feels like a plush, but the label doesn’t list what type of fabric. I’d just guess polyester. Nice condition. Thanks for looking :)
