DRESS FORUM Los Angeles‎ Floral Blouse with Billowy Collar, Sz M

Adorable floral blouse from Dress Forum Los Angeles. I have always worn this as a normal blouse but you’ll notice one sleeve is slightly longer than the other. If you scrunch the sleeves a bit on your arm this is not at all noticeable. My hunch is that this is actually meant to be an off-the-shoulder blouse. Great condition! From a smoke-free, pet-free home.
