Cocktail Dress - Black strapless (or halter neck) with purple flower pattern.

Strapless empire line bodice. Ability to have more security and a different look with ties to make a halter neck. Fully lined dress - chiffon material. Almost full skirt. Able to also fit a tall person. I am 5’ 2” and it came to just above the floor for me, wearing 3-4 inch heels. One event I styled by knotting the skirt to one side to also the lower part of one leg.
