Blue Fish Pants Women’s Size 1 (12-14-16) Black Acetate Art Hand Print USA Vintage 1996. Has artist’s signature inside the pant leg. Made in USA out of 90% acetate and 10% Lycra spandex blend slinky fabric. Hand printed designs at the ankles in front and back. Pull on straight leg with elastic waist and 23.5” inseam. Very high rise of approximately 15”. Elastic Waist measurement is at about 26”. The elastic is in excellent condition. No fading of the fabric. Very good preowned condition. There’s a line that runs down the pants leg, shown in picture, but it is not a pull but in the fabric and It is not a defect. 6
