American Dream Black Strapless Hi/Low Maxi w/ belt

Bust area is lined with a shelf bra of sorts, not sure it would be adequate for anything over a 34B...it stayed up ok on me when I wore it (I'm 34B). simple, comfy summer dress. high/low hem. soft on skin. stretchy unstretched measurement bust: 13" waist: 12" but it's pretty stretchy...went over the mannequin easily it will need washed, been in my dresser drawer for a couple years...
