Almost Famous Strapless Dress Size L

Women's strapless dress. Top part of dress us crochet. From the waist down is a flowy fun design with a handkerchief like hem. The dress is fully lined. Elastic at waist. There are little belt loops on each side at waist. Lost the belt but if I remember correctly it was a very thin brown belt that went to it. Or you can snip those tiny loops off. (last pic is of the belt loop) Price will reflect missing belt just make me a reasonable offer 😍 Super cute. Never worn. Apprx measurements bust waist length
