Adidas bike shorts Medium

I took off the tags but decided I need a large, im a 29/30 waist they are just too small for me unworn undamaged, I didn't really even try them on lol knew they weren't going on at my ankle, they noped the f off 🙃 measurements in listing, I'd say a smaller Medium, adidas joggers usually have some give in a medium- that's why I thought these might fit me, but they won't fit a pushing-large-medium
