1980s vintage black velvet off the shoulder dress. See measurements to get the best idea of modern day size conversion. It’s marked a vintage size 9/10 but it’s certainly smaller by today’s standard. It is more of a size 3 or a smaller medium. It has a crinoline trimmed skirt that gives it body. The underskirt is just an inch tighter than the dress. The underskirt could be removed but I like the shape it gives. The dress is supposed to be fitted at top and loose on bottom.
