1901 Black Tweed Shift Dress with Layered Shirt Collar

Preppy black 1901 tweed dress. This dress is lined. Also has a built-in layered light blue shirt collar. Dress has exposed zipper along center-back of dress. There is an attached velvet tie at neck (one loop is off, shown). Missing button at neck closure of blue shirt.
